The Morning Service and Sunday School Classes are cancelled for March 23 and March29, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dr Watt intends over the weeks ahead to be in touch with each household by phone, given the unusual circumstances our world is finding itself in these days. What we lack in face-to-face interaction we can perhaps recover, just a bit, by phone and other means of communication.  I am remembering back to the tragedy of 9/11, specifically, how in the months following that event, Americans seemed especially considerate and kind – and so I wonder (and hope) whether this common enemy of the world may allow people another such window of humility and humanitarianism.

The elders and deacons will consult at the end of this month and, seeing how things are looking at that time, we will decide how April should look.  Additionally, there will be no other meetings-in-person for prayer or otherwise at Tusca.

Please keep each other in mind and prayer, as also the many throughout the world that are deeply affected in so many ways – far and near.  Always feel free to call any of us in the church if you would like assistance with a pressing need – we want to be available and helpful!
